Usability Testing

After nearly a decade of leadership in the field of nonprofit technology, we have both seen and made our share of mistakes. Usability Testing is a controlled observation process that learns from how users interact with a web site, a process or procedure, or a piece of software. You learn what works and what doesn’t, what users are looking for and what their natural actions are. You learn where the greatest return on investment in improvements are. It’s a very powerful technique.
