If you are interested in attending, or have already paid for a spot at one of our events, you may like to know what our policy is on cancellations.

• If you cancel more than three weeks before the event, (by 5 PM (Pacific Time) 16 business days before) we will refund all but $30.00 of the amount you paid for each registration. (ie $30 per person is not refundable)
  • Example: for an event on 10/24/08, this means you must cancel by 5 PM (Pacific Time) on 10/2/08.

• If you cancel three weeks or less, but more than one week before the event, we will refund half (50%) of the amount you paid for each registration.
  • Example: for an event on 10/24/08, this means if you cancel after 5 PM (Pacific Time) on 10/2/08, and before 5 PM (Pacific Time) on 10/16/08.

• If it is one week or less until the event, or you simply don't show up for the event we will not refund any part of the cost you paid.
  • Example: for an event on 10/24/08, this means after 5 PM (Pacific Time) on 10/16/08.

• You may also choose to send someone else in your place. There will be no extra charge for this. We simply need you to let us know as soon as you can, because we won't give your seat to just any stranger who shows up saying that you sent them. We need to have prior notification of it. A substitution will be accepted up until 5 pm (Pacific Time) the day before the event.

What we consider business days:

10 am - 5 pm (Pacific Time), Monday thru Friday (Except holidays)
